Vincenzo Roberto Palmisano graduated in 2010 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Rome "Roma Tre".
As part of the doctorate subsequently carried out at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", he spent a two-year research period at the Hunan University of Changsha in the People's Republic of China. At the end of the course, in 2017, Mr Palmisano presented a doctoral thesis entitled "Collateral and dispossession in the People's Republic of China" with Prof. Enrico Gabrielli as thesis coordinator.
In 2018, he obtained a second level master's degree in "Tax law, accounting and tax planning" at LUISS Business School.
From 2014 to 2021, Mr Palmisano was in charge of the China Desk of an Italian law firm with offices in the People's Republic of China, before becoming a partner in the Corporate area in 2019.
In March 2021, Mr Palmisano founded, together with other professionals with whom he had shared previous professional experience, the law firm PBC LEGAL.
Over the years, he has mainly dealt with disposals of shareholdings, international commercial litigation and corporate advice. Mr Palmisano has also assisted entrepreneurs and their families in asset reorganisation aimed at allowing the generational passage of the company while preserving its stability and continuity.
Within the limits imposed by the legal profession, Mr Palmisano acts as a member of boards of directors of Italian companies, supervising the proper management of the entity.
He is the author of publications on corporate and commercial litigation in Italian and English.
