Flavio Carosi

Flavio Carosi began his professional career in 2016, in an Italian law firm with an international vocation, in which he profitably carries out his forensic practice.

During the traineeship period, Mr Carosi first graduated from the University of "Roma Tre" with a thesis on Civil Procedural Law ("Mediation delegated by the Judge") and then qualified to practice the legal profession at the Rome Bar Association.

From 2019 to 2021, Flavio continued his career within the same law firm as an associate lawyer, collaborating with the "Restructuring and Insolvency" Focus Group and with the "Litigation" Focus Group.

In January 2022 he obtained the title of II level Master in "Corporate Crisis Law" at the "La Sapienza" University of Rome.

In April 2023 he concluded the 40-hour specialization course for business crisis management and in June 2023 he was included in the Register of subjects appointed by the judicial authority to perform management and control functions in the procedures referred to in the Crisis Code and Insolvency, set up at the Ministry of Justice.
