Maria Grazia Bianco

Maria Grazia Bianco graduated in law in 1994 from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”.

She qualified as a lawyer in 1997, and since 2011 she has been enrolled in the special register for lawyers allowed to stand before the Supreme Court of Cassation.  

From 1998 to 2016, Ms Bianco worked for a leading law firm in Rome where she gained many years of experience in corporate law and business crisis, in the management of bankruptcy procedures and in bankruptcy litigation.

Since 2016, she has been an associate of an Italian law firm with offices in the People's Republic of China and Switzerland and in 2019 she became a partner in its Insolvency and Restructuring Procedures Department.

In March 2021, Ms Bianco founded the firm PBC LEGAL, together with other professionals with whom she had shared previous professional experience.

Maria Grazia Bianco deals with in- and out-of-court activities in civil and commercial matters (with a particular focus on bankruptcy, composition with creditors procedures, debt restructuring, judicial actions arising from bankruptcy procedures such as liability actions, bankruptcy revocatory actions) and internal arbitration law.

Maria Grazia has been appointed as sole arbitrator and member of arbitration panels and manages as a receiver the bankruptcy proceedings assigned to her by the Ordinary Court of Rome.
